Kristin was so helpful when my wife and I bought our first home 2 years ago, and she was amazing when we sold it with he...Kristin was so helpful when my wife and I bought our first home 2 years ago, and she was amazing when we sold it with her to transfer out of province for work. She didn't mind answering all of our silly questions, she made sure we fully understood the ins and outs of selling, from legal to banking information. She knew we were on a time crunch and was extremely generous hosting 2 open house weekends back-to-back! She was available through email, phone calls and text messages around the clock. She knew we would have quite the expense moving 6 hours away so she made sure we made the most bang for our buck with the final selling price. She is very professional and is sympathetic to her sellers. She has great connections with house inspectors and photographers, we are happy we took her recommendations for them.
